Your First Visit

At your initial appointment Dr. Mary Quinn will perform a dental exam, which includes:

  • Visual Examination
  • Charting
  • Radiographs
  • Gum and Bone Health Evaluation
  • Diagnosis
  • Treatment Recommendations

The digital radiographs we take are more comfortable and emit up to 90% less radiation than conventional X-rays. Diagnostic radiographs are a necessary part of any oral examination. They are essential to detecting oral health problems that are not visible to the naked eye.

Implants replace the “root” of the tooth and are anchored to the jawbone. Implants act as the foundation for an artificial tooth/crown, bridge or denture.

Veneers are thin pieces of porcelain or resin cemented over the front of your teeth to change their color or shape. Veneers are used on teeth with uneven surfaces, chips, discoloration. Oddly shaped, unevenly spaced and crooked teeth may also benefit from veneers.

Crowns and Bridges

Crowns sometimes called caps, often made of porcelain are placed over a weak tooth. Crowns are typically used to restore a tooth’s function and appearance. Crowns are often used to strengthen the tooth after root canal therapy as well.

Teeth Whitening

Whitening procedures have effectively restored the smile of people with stained, dull, or discolored teeth. The darker tissue of your teeth, the dentin, can become visible as the outer layer of enamel thins. Whitening helps you achieve the appearance you want.

Dental Emergencies

Our goal is to help you to minimize the risk of emergency treatment. This is why we commit a generous amount of time designing a dental health plan that will help you decrease the possibility of infection, pain or tooth breakage. Should a dental emergency arise, such as a broken tooth, please contact our office. Our priority is to make you comfortable and provide the treatment you need.
